Wanted: One Babysitter (for Characters)

I haven’t really anything to say for myself. Like most people who stop here, I’ve got kids home for school holidays, and… yeah. You know the rest, I’m sure.

To prevent profound madness — in every sense of the word — I’ve been trying to take a pseudo-vacation, and naturally, the moment I take a break from writing, the unrequieted characters in my head pitch fits. I’ve taken heaps of notes, but what do you want to bet the moment I lift the writing ban, they refuse to talk?

I think we should actually start a pool. Any takers?
