Okay, so I got to thinking today, which is never good.
Let’s say someone DID start a new romance organization specifically geared toward digital authors.
What would the “legitimate publisher” guidelines then be? What would they be based on?

There are times when I would say you have too much time on your hands, but I KNOW different.
That’s a good q though. I wonder if there will still be inter-group conflict over favoring certain pubs over another or certain genres over another?
